Guest：Best luxury hotel at Jonker Street. Price is on the high side. Free minibar and good amenities such as L’occitane products and powerful hair dryer. The hardware is good but the software requires more training. Reception didn’t give welcoming vibe and the service staff at the restaurant are not well trained. They talk loudly in presence of guests, although kind. The front door bellman was the most courteous opening door and greeting us every time we return to hotel. Finally the room is extremely noisy. Woken up by morning prayer and traffic noises, not a restful sleep in this happening area unfortunately.

Guest：Very nice hotel and good breakfast. Location was good with walking distance to jonker street. The service was good, staff was friendly and hotel provide parking access information before our arrival via whatapps. The hotel provide free snacks, drinks, fruits and pineapple tarts and replenish daily which is a plus point. Loccitane Toilettes were provided. Highly recommended.
